| "Since joining the RLC, I've noticed a change in my ability to work in group settings and establish common goals. I've identified several characteristics that define a leader, and I've learned how to amplify those qualities within myself. Living in Peddrew-Yates has been absolutely incredible. It's a built-in community of forward thinkers who are there whether you need help with homework, someone to talk to, or someone to go to a movie with! I truly believe the RLC has helped me develop into a more focused and determined leader, and I wouldn't have changed a thing about my freshman year!
